In the years I've worked in the customer service industry, I've always believed that a great customer experience is worth everything.
Teaching others how to empathize is what I do on a daily basis. I show others how dig deeper and find that underlying question - how to really listen. I focus on how to be proactive and anticipate needs. It's about understanding each person as an individual. Once we're able to accomplish that, we're able to deliver a unique experience that's tailored to the specified audience.
I'm your 'What If' girl. I'm all about preparation and planning. Why? Anticipation is key to a successful execution. In doing so, we're able to accommodate for changes that could arise in order to deliver an aesthetically pleasing product in a timely and efficient manner.
